Breakfast Casserole
To get started you need to brown 1 pound of sausage and cube 6 slices of bread – you can choose any kind of bread that you like, whether it’s white or wheat. You’ll need to measure out 1 teaspoon of dry mustard. In addition to that, grate a quarter cup of cheddar cheese. If you like cheese, feel free to add more. We’ll take all of these items and combine them into a large bowl.

• Sausage
• Eggs (Wild Harvest)
• Bread
• Dry mustard
• Block of cheddar cheese
• Milk (Wild Harvest)
• Salt
• Spinach
• Mushrooms
Now it’s time for the wet ingredients. Using 4 eggs beat them together with 2 cups of milk plus 1 teaspoon of salt. We are going to add this mixture to our dry ingredients. After mixing it together, it’s time to pour it into a well-greased dish. The best part of this recipe is that you cover it and put it in the fridge overnight so it’s ready to put in the oven on Christmas morning.
One reason I like this recipe is that it’s very versatile. If you have vegetarians amongst your breakfast crowd, it’s really easy to sauté a bunch of spinach and mushrooms and substitute these items for the sausage.

Message #2 – Crockpot Oatmeal!
To get started you need 2 cups of old-fashion uncooked oatmeal and 2 peeled, cored and sliced apples – you can choose any type of apple maybe even use a red and green one. You’ll need to measure out 1/3 cup brown sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and in the crock-pot, coat the apples with the brown sugar and cinnamon.
In a large bowl mix 4 cups of water, and 1 teaspoon of salt with your 2 cups of oatmeal together. Once its well mixed, pour it over the apples without stirring. Now that everything is in the crock pot set the heat on low and let it cook for 8 to 9 hours.
The best part of this recipe is waking up to a beautiful, warm meal you can enjoy with your family.
In addition to the apples your family can add other dried fruits, walnuts, or little bit of extra brown sugar.

Message #3 – Christmas Cards
Christmas cards add a festive touch to any room and I want to show you a quick and simple trick for displaying those cards. You will need two pushpins, a festive yarn, twine or ribbon and some mini close pins. You’ll need to pick the spot you want to hang the cards and then measure out your ribbon. Once the ribbon is cut and hung simply clip the cards in the upper left corner to the ribbon.
